Chef de Partie: (Pastry and Bakery section)

The role:

-Playing a key role in the Pastry and Bakery section of the kitchen.
-Leading a team of 7 direct subordinates – work schedules, compliance with the corporate Health and Safety and the internal standards.
-Making proposals for menu enhancements and keeping abreast of the latest trends in the field.
-Reporting to the Executive Chef on a regular basis.

Your profile:

-Previous experience on a similar position and strong knowledge and interest in a concrete cuisine for Pastry and Bakery.
-Initiative and committed professional with strong leadership skills and potential.
-Very good English and/ or Turkish language.
-PC literacy.
